Informed and educated members make better choices. Our health managers work directly with our members to help them use self-management tools. Our online condition management centers offer in-depth information about some of the most common chronic diseases, including diabetes, asthma, coronary heart disease, and hypertension. Members can access information about their specific condition from the privacy of their home. They can also type in questions and receive answers from one of our health managers.

Employer OnLine

Employer groups can access resources and update their account information 24/7 at Employer OnLine, our Internet-based service center. All data is contained on a server that uses the
most advanced security available. Account managers walk their new clients through Employer OnLine to ensure they understand the available options. By logging in to the secure site, employers can access their plan information without having to call the Health Plan. Employer OnLine allows you to:

  • Verify benefits information
  • Process new enrollments
  • Add or subtract dependents for coverage
  • Create temporary member ID cards
  • Access tools and resources to engage employees in health promotion and wellness activities

Pharmacy Online

Members have 24/7 access to our enhanced formulary, which includes a searchable
database of medications. The database includes generic and brand alternatives and lists potential drug interactions. Members can:

  • Refill mail-order prescriptions
  • Calculate medication copayments
  • Search for participating pharmacies and other drug and health information
