On March 23, 2010, President Obama signed into law the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), commonly referred to as the new health care reform law. Nearly everyone will be impacted in some way by the changes this new law requires.

IRS Releases New Guidance on W-2 Reporting for Employers

Supreme Court Will Hear Challenge to ACA
The United States Supreme Court will hear arguments on the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act over three days in March 2012. The Court is then expected to issue its ruling during the summer of 2012.
