 Richard S. Citrin, PhD, MBA, is vice president of EAP Solutions, which is part of the UPMC Insurance Services Division of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and the largest regional employee assistance program provider in the tri-state area. Dr. Citrin's primary focus is the integration of medical and behavioral health care management, including the role of employee assistance programs in improving the delivery and management of health care services at the worksite. The goal of improved workplace health and productivity is the guiding principle in his management of EAP Solutions. Dr. Citrin has more than 25 years of experience in private and corporate behavioral health care services.
Dr. Citrin received his BA from Ohio State University, his MBA from the University of Dallas, and his PhD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
