We Can! Pittsburgh Partners

In partnership with UPMC Health Plan, several western Pennsylvania companies stepped up to support the We Can! initiative. The following organizations are working together to develop programming to promote healthy eating and active lifestyles for the youth of the Pittsburgh region:

• City of Pittsburgh
• Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC
• Children’s Community Pediatrics
• Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh
• H.J. Heinz Company
• Jewish Community Center (JCC) of Greater Pittsburgh (new for 2009)

These partner organizations joined UPMC Health Plan for a kick-off event at the Children’s Museum of Pittsburgh in November 2007.
