Where do I enter my password?
We are introducing a new feature to provide an additional layer of security to MyHealth OnLine. Due to this new security feature, we have moved the password entry field to a new screen.
To Sign On:
- Enter your user ID and click "Login"
- On the following screen you will be prompted to enter your password
Why is this changing?
As part of the additional layer of security, you will be asked to answer multiple security questions as well as select a personal security image and caption. During the sign-on process, you will now see your image and caption on the password entry screen. If you recognize your personal security image and caption you will know that you are at the real MyHealth OnLine site and it is safe to enter your Password.
Over the next several weeks, all MyHealth OnLine users will be required to select a personal security image and caption upon logging in to the system.
