The Clinical Guidelines below are available at upmchealthplan.com. Select “For Providers” on the homepage and then “Provider Information” from the menu on the left. Next select “Clinical Guidelines” from the list. To view the Preventive Guidelines for children and adults, follow the steps above and select “Preventive Health Guidelines.”
