Healthy Living Rewards expands

Our Healthy Living Rewards program has expanded to include more than 200 fitness centers in Pennsylvania and more than 1,400 nationally.

This expansion, which became effective in May 2007, increases your employees’ chances of finding a fitness club to suit their needs while adding value to their Health Plan membership.

In addition, we have made it easier for your employees to find the participating Healthy Living Rewards clubs and businesses nearest them. All they need to do is log in to MyHealth OnLine, select the “Healthy Living Rewards Discount Program” link from the list on the left, and then select “Vendor Search.”

Members are enrolled automatically and simply need to present their ID card to be eligible for discounts at:

• Dance studios
• Fitness centers
• Health care supply stores
• Health food stores
• Optical centers
• Pharmacies
• Sporting goods stores
• Weight management programs
• Cultural facilities, such as museums and science centers

We’ve included a coupon for a free one-week trial membership at any participating American Specialty Health (ASH), Inc., fitness center.
