To better serve you, we have extended our Member Services hours. If your employees have a question about their coverage or benefits, they can call Member Services at the number on the back of their ID card. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. TTY users should call 1-800-361-2629. |
