Over-the-counter medications

Did you know that some common over-the-counter  medicines, such as Tylenol and Pedialyte, may be covered as a part of your child’s UPMC for Kids CHIP benefits? Your child can get covered over-the-counter medications when the doctor writes a prescription for them. If your child is a low-cost or at-cost CHIP member, you will pay a pharmacy copayment for each medication.
