Preventive health program available
A behavioral health program to educate members about depression is available to UPMC for Life members. You can receive a series of free educational newsletters to learn more about depression and its treatment and what you can do to help yourself feel better. We encourage you to use our Depression Program for Adults. You can call Behavioral Health Preventive Health Programs toll-free at 1-866-639-2943 to request the newsletters or for more information about the program. TTY users should call 1-877-877-3580. You can also read and print out the materials by visiting the Community Care Behavioral Health (CCBH) website at www.ccbh.com, and selecting the “UPMC for Life Medicare Members” link at the top of the homepage. Then select Preventive Health Programs. You can go directly to the Preventive Health Programs page. |
