Look up providers online

UPMC for You members can go online to find the names and addresses of medical and dental providers in the UPMC for You network.

Visit our website to “Find a Provider.” You can then choose from the following options:

  • Find a Doctor
  • Find a Hospital or Facility
  • Behavioral Health Care Providers
  • Out-of-Area Coverage


After choosing the option you want, select “UPMC for You HMO.” Fill in the information requested and complete your search.

For dental providers, go to the Doral Dental website at www.doralusa.com. Select “Find a Provider.” Fill in the information requested and complete your search
