Contact us through our new, secure Member Message CenterMembers can easily communicate with us without ever having to pick up a phone. UPMC Health Plan’s new Member Message Center, which launched earlier this year, offers members a secure, safe, and easy way to ask questions about their benefits and care and our services and programs. Members can log in to MyHealth OnLine and click on their Inbox to send us a question. An automatic response notifies members that their message is being processed. Within one business day, a Health Plan representative personally responds to the inquiry through the Message Center.
