 Healthy Living Rewards expandsOur Healthy Living Rewards program has expanded to include more than 200 fitness centers in Pennsylvania and more than 1,400 nationally. This expansion, which became effective in May 2007, increases your chances of finding a fitness club to suit your needs while adding value to your Health Plan membership. In addition, we have made it easier for you to find the participating Healthy Living Rewards clubs and businesses nearest you. Now you can look for clubs and businesses by going online and using the “Vendor Search” tool on the Healthy Living Rewards page of MyHealth OnLine. Just go to upmchealthplan.com and log in to MyHealth OnLine. Then select the “Healthy Living Rewards Discount Program” link from the list on the left. Healthy Living Rewards is a discount program available exclusively to UPMC Health Plan members. Membership in UPMC Health Plan automatically enrolls you in the program. Present your Health Plan ID card at the time of purchase, and you will be eligible for discounts at participating:
