Scheduling blood tests at Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers is easier and more convenient, thanks to online and automated scheduling, which is now available to all UPMC Health Plan members.

To schedule an appointment by phone, call 1-800-LAB-TEST (1-800-522-8378). Easy access to the automated scheduling service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

While Quest Diagnostics encourages people to schedule appointments, service is also provided on a walk-in basis. Remember to:

• Bring your insurance information and prescription for blood work.
• Observe any fasting rules for your test, as stated by your doctor.

Quest Diagnostics has more than 30 Patient Service Centers, with locations in Allegheny, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington, and Westmoreland counties. Hours of operation vary, but many are open before 8 a.m. on weekdays.
