network and created an online pharmacy locator tool to help you navigate the choices. This latest addition to upmchealthplan.com improves the usability of the pharmacy benefits section and can help you identify and locate participating pharmacies near your home or office.

Go to upmchealthplan.com and select commercial benefits. Then select “Find a Pharmacy” to perform a search to locate a specific pharmacy by name or by street location.
