Every year UPMC Health Plan conducts a survey of a group of our members to determine what they think about our services. Your opinions are important in helping make us a better company. Through member survey results, we better understand the needs of our membership and can make adjustments to offer the right services in the right way. If you are randomly selected to participate, you will receive a survey form in the mail from the Myers Group, an independent firm that conducts the survey.
