Before you rip open that bag of chips, visit UPMC Health Plan’s new online tool, GO, SLOW, WHOA — a program designed to help you make the healthiest selections possible. Foods in the GO group are low in calories and high in nutrients. You can “GO” with these foods because they are healthy. Examples of foods in the GO group are:
