The Health Incentive Account, funded by UPMC Health Plan, enables your employees to earn rewards for healthy behavior. An employee can earn money in their HIA by completing specific activities such as preventive screenings or by getting a flu shot and can use the HIA to pay their out-of-pocket health care expenses.
