How Providers can Register for UPMC Health Plan's Provider OnLine Services

1. You can either click on Online Access and then select for For Providers from the menu at the top of your screen, or you can click on For Providers in the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.

2. The Provider OnLine information page will be displayed.  In the Login window on the left-hand side of your screen, click on the First time user? Click here link.

3. The Account Registration Terms and Conditions will be displayed.  Click on the Provider Access Request Form link.

4. The File Download window will be displayed.  This file is in .pdf format.  You must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed to read it.

5. The file you have downloaded (provider.pdf) contains all information and instructions required for Providers to register for UPMC Health Plan's Provider OnLine Services.
