How to Logon to UPMC Health Plan OnLine

Method 1

From the main menu, at the top of the Homepage, click on My Account.

The Login screen will be displayed where you can enter your User ID and Password and then click on Submit.

Method 2

Click on the OnLine Access option at the top of the screen on the Homepage.

The following drop-down menu will be displayed:

Click on the appropriate selection.  Depending upon your selection, the Member, Employer, or Provider screen will be displayed.  Each of these screens provides a Login window on the left-hand side, where you can enter your User ID and Password, and then click on Submit.

Method 3

Enter your User ID and Password, and then click on Login directly from the Homepage.

Method 4

Select For Members, For Employers, or For Providers from the menu on the Homepage.

A login window will be displayed on the left-hand side of your screen where you can enter your User ID and Password, and then click on Submit.
