PITTSBURGH, Pa. (March 28, 2006) — UPMC Health Plan is hosting two special nights of television to answer questions from the public about Medicare and the new Medicare Prescription Drug Plan, known as Medicare Part D.
On Tuesday, April 4, 2006, experts from UPMC Health Plan's Medicare department will be on Pittsburgh's WPXI-TV (Channel 11). On Thursday, April 6, 2006, our experts will appear on Johnstown's WJAC-TV (Channel 6).
On both days, UPMC Health Plan's Medicare department will be available to take phone calls between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Callers are free to ask any question about the new Medicare Part D benefit, including how this new program will affect health care coverage and costs. Callers do not have to be members of UPMC Health Plan to participate.
