Make sure your prescription drugs are covered
A prescription drug formulary is a list of drugs a Medicare Advantage plan covers. The UPMC for Life formulary includes thousands of brand-name and generic medications. These drugs have been approved for coverage by the health plan and are also reviewed and approved by UPMC physicians, community pharmacists, and Medicare.
It's important to make sure the drugs you are currently taking are covered. Review the UPMC for Life formulary. If you don't see the drug that you are taking, contact us at 1-866-400-5077 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.,* seven days a week. TTY/TDD users should call 1-800-361-2629.
