Our Members Have Their Personal Health Information Available Online

MyHealth OnLine is a confidential, Internet-based tool used to help our members find and store information about their personal health care coverage. You’ll have access to resources that can help you:

  • Find information about exercise and nutrition
  • Determine your health risks
  • Keep track of medical appointments and recently filled prescriptions
  • Track your yearly out-of-pocket prescription drug costs toward the Medicare prescription drug coverage gap
  • Get details about your claims history
  • Stop smoking

At MyHealth OnLine, health care information is organized into four main areas:

  • MyHealth Record keeps information about your health care visits and medical history so you can view it right in the privacy of your own home. You can also track how much your yearly drug costs are and record recently filled prescriptions.

  • MyTools gives you information on various illnesses such as heart disease, asthma, and diabetes, plus details on more than 80 surgical procedures. This tool can also help you quit smoking, get advice on healthy eating, keep a log of what you eat, and track your weight.

  • MyClaims shows you the history of all of your claims since your membership has started, including the date of service, the provider, your costs, and UPMC for Life’s costs.

  • MyBenefits is an online library for answering your benefit questions. You can review your plan information and copayment levels plus replace a lost membership ID card, change your primary care physician, and review a claim’s status.
