Get fit, get educated, and have fun by enrolling today in Silver&Fit^®. This health and wellness program — designed specifically for UPMC for Life HMO and PPO members — offers exercise and healthy aging classes and social activities to help our members become physically fit. There are no copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles for any of the Silver&Fit programs and benefits.

Here’s what Silver&Fit includes:

• Membership at a local participating fitness club
• Weekly fitness club exercise classes
• Classes on healthy aging to help you understand the aging process and your body
• Information about community social activities you can attend
• Access to a website featuring educational materials on health and wellness
• The chance to join the Silver&Fit Home Fitness Program, where you can follow along with exercise DVDs and utilize handheld weights and stretch bands, if you prefer to exercise at home
