You have access to personal health coaching and online programs on health-related topics, like nutrition and tobacco cessation, all designed to fit your needs and schedule.

Member Advocate: Here to Help

A Member Advocate is your personal contact and advisor at the Health Plan. They can link you to other UPMC Health plan staff and assist when you need to make important decisions about your benefits. You can call and speak to your Member Advocate about any topic relating your health coverage by calling Member Services at 1-888-876-2756.
