Autopay — one form, one call, one time

Everyone wants to find ways to make life easier, and UPMC for Life has a way to make yours easier! When you enroll in our Autopay program, you don’t ever have to worry about paying your monthly premium again. It will automatically be deducted from your savings or checking account, or applied to any major credit card on the 5th of every month, or the first working day after the 5th if the 5th occurs on a weekend.

To enroll, just call your Health Care Concierge and ask for an Autopay enrollment form. Your concierge can help you fill out the form or you can do it yourself. Then you sign the form and mail it back to us, and you are on your way to saving yourself time, postage, and worry from wondering if you mailed your premium payment.

And your banking information is safe with us. Your private information is protected just like your health information, and it is treated confidentially. Even if you call in with a question about your Autopay account, the person taking your call cannot see your checking, savings, or credit card account numbers.
