Employer OnLine

Our Internet-based service center, Employer OnLine, is available to you 24/7. By logging in to this secure site, you can access and update your plan information without having to call the Health Plan. Employer OnLine allows you to:

  • Electronically review and modify enrollment information
  • Verify benefits
  • Process new enrollments
  • Add or remove dependents
  • Access the Employer Health Promotion Kit, a resource that can help you launch a wellness initiative at your workplace

Member Advocate Program

With UPMC Health Plan’s Member Advocate program, your employees have a dedicated representative to provide them with personal service regarding their medical, vision, dental, and pharmacy benefits. Available to all members at no additional cost, the Member Advocate will:

  • Speak with the member about any matter related to coverage
  • Contact the member with a welcome call
  • Inform the member about benefits enhancements
  • Notify the member of special events related to their benefits or health
  • Provide preventive care reminders
