retailers, salons, and several other facilities. Our program has expanded
to include more than 200 fitness centers in Pennsylvania and more
than
1,400 nationally.
By offering these rewards, we hope to give new meaning to the term
“active member.” All current UPMC Health Plan members are
automatically enrolled in our Healthy Living Rewards program. No catches
— the enrollment for your employees is free and automatic.
This program is one more way UPMC Health Plan supports members

As part of our ongoing goal to assist members in improving their health,
we encourage you and your employees to nominate qualified facilities
for inclusion on our list of participants. This can be done by calling

that the facility call the same number on their own behalf.
