Better Health and Well-Being Through Fitness

Active&Fit is designed to help members take charge of their health and well-being.

This healthy living program includes:

  • Membership at any one of a number of convenient fitness clubs; includes access to cardiovascular equipment, resistance equipment, and standard amenities
  • Access to www.UPMCActiveandFit.com, an interactive member website
  • A toll-free member service hotline to answer questions about the program

Active&Fit is provided through American Specialty Health Networks, Inc., a subsidiary of American Specialty Health Incorporated.
