MyHealth Record is a confidential personal health record (PHR) that helps members keep health information current. Here’s how it works: Every claim submitted in a member’s name for tests, procedures, office visits, prescriptions, and other covered benefits is automatically incorporated into the MyHealth Record.

Members can fill in the rest of their health history.
They can note family history, new symptoms, over-the-counter medications, and other health-related information that may not be captured in our claims database. They can print their record to share with their doctor.

The MyHealth Record is held to the same security standards as customer information in the banking and finance industries. Members are the only ones who can retrieve, edit, or print their record.
