ESI is one of the nation’s leading pharmacy benefit managers and provides home delivery service for millions nationwide through employers, managed-care plans, unions, and government entities.

Your prescriptions are checked for accuracy by licensed pharmacists and reviewed against your personal health profile for possible drug interactions.

Our home delivery service fills prescriptions for nearly all maintenance medications — up to a 90-day supply. Many plans offer lower copayments when you use the home delivery service. Specialty drugs are limited to a 30-day supply.

Prescriptions are delivered to your home in a plain, weather-resistant pouch — via free standard shipping. Once you start using the home delivery service, you can order refills by telephone or online at any time, day or night.

How to Schedule Home Delivery Service

If you are interested in setting up home delivery service for a first-time prescription or would like to refill an existing prescription, log in to MyHealth OnLine. Under the “MyBenefits” section, you will be directed to the ESI website, which gives you a private, secure way to request a new home delivery prescription, refill an existing prescription, and check the status of existing prescription orders.
