Home Delivery Service

Home Delivery is the most convenient option for buying the prescription drugs you take on a regular basis sometimes referred to as maintenance medications. This safe and reliable alternative can save you time, money, and trips to the pharmacy!

  • Once you start using the Home Delivery Service, you can order refills by telephone or online at any time, day or night

How to Schedule Home Delivery Service

First Time Prescriptions

Just send a completed ESI home delivery form, your original paper prescription, or your refill request, and your payment (check, money order, or credit card information) to ESI at the following address:

If you need an ESI home delivery form, please e-mail our Member Services department or call the toll-free number on the back of your member ID card (or call 1-888-876-2756 if you have not received your ID card yet.)

Prescription Refills

After that easy first step, it gets even easier! You can order refills by phone or online.

Web Rx Refills via the Internet
You can also order refills from ESI using the Internet. Simply log in to UPMC Health Plan’s MyHealth OnLine. From the MyHealth OnLine home page, select the Pharmacy link under Member Services on the left side of the page. You will be taken to a pharmacy page where one of your options is to continue on to the ESI website. The ESI website gives you a private, secure way to request prescription refills and check the status of existing prescription orders.

 

Phone Rx Refills by Phone
You can order refills of prescriptions that are already on file with ESI by calling ESI’s customer service center at 1-877-787-6279. ESI staff members are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to assist you. ESI also offers TDD/TTY service for the hearing impaired, at 1-800-899-2114.

 

If you have not yet registered for MyHealth OnLine, you can sign up for a personal, secure user ID and password by completing a MyHealth OnLine registration form. This link will take you to a page that has instructions on how to sign up for and use MyHealth OnLine.
