The Your Choice pharmacy program provides good value and freedom of choice by offering you a variety of high-quality, cost-effective generic and brand-name prescription drugs. When you need a prescription medication, you and your doctor can choose from four different levels, or "tiers," to help you manage your prescription drug costs.

The Your Choice program allows you and your doctor to choose, for a higher copayment, drugs that were previously only available with special medical permission. This gives you and your doctor the freedom to choose the medication that is right for you while helping you to better budget your health care dollars.
