MyHealth OnLine
Now members can keep track of their health and benefit information through MyHealth OnLine - the Health Plan's easy-to-use resource for healthy living and customer service.

Powered by WebMD®, one of the most respected names in the health information industry, MyHealth OnLine includes a library of information on more than 4,000 health topics and the latest nutrition, exercise, and treatment options. And our online customer service center allows our members to view up-to-date detailed information about health insurance benefits and covered services and to access the Explanation of Benefits (EOB) or request new ID cards.

Employer OnLine
Employer OnLine, our Internet-based service center, offers employer groups 24-hour service. By logging in to the secure site, employers can access and update their plan information without having to call the Health Plan.

Employer OnLine allows our clients to:

  • Electronically review and modify insurance information
  • Roll out a new health promotion campaign
  • Verify benefits information
  • Process new enrollments
  • Add or subtract dependents for coverage
