UPMC Health Plan is proud to offer MyHealth OnLine, a free health information website that can be personalized just for you. Manage your coverage benefits and care by investigating health symptoms, reading the latest health news, and developing customized programs to help you meet your health goals.

MyHealth Record

MyHealth Record was developed by UPMC Health Plan to empower members by providing them with more information about their health care and health-related issues. MyHealth Record is a secure and private website that allows members 24/7 access to store and manage their health care information. It provides an educational way for members to manage chronic illnesses, participate in wellness programs, and improve their overall health.

Every claim submitted to UPMC Health Plan for a member will appear as part of the member's MyHealth Record. Members can also insert additional information, such as immunization schedules or drug allergies, to complete their histories.

The MyHealth Record allows members to take an active role in their health care by improving communication with their doctors, and tracking appointments, vaccinations, and progress toward health-related goals.

MyHealth OnLine Features

Assess My Health: Take a variety of online personal health evaluations, including an overall initial survey and a number of in-depth assessments for common illnesses and diseases.

Improve and Track My Health: Use many valuable programs, such as LEAP and Ready, Set, Stop!^® Online™, and diet, nutrition, and pregnancy plans that can help you meet your personal health goals. Track your progress by using 14 established health trackers to monitor everything from weight to blood glucose to mammogram results, or create a custom tracker for information that is important to you.

Compare Hospital Quality: Use the Hospital Advisor^SM tool to find the best hospitals for a procedure or type of care, find specific hospitals, or find hospitals near you.

For Your Health: Emmi, an interactive, informational program, is designed to help you understand the risks, benefits, and potential outcomes associated with certain chronic health conditions.

Check My Symptoms: Check symptoms you may have, read articles on more than 4,000 current health topics, and have free newsletters sent to your e-mail account.

MyHealth OnLine Customer Service Tools

Manage My Benefits: View detailed information about your health benefits and covered services, access your Explanation of Benefits, request new ID cards, and more.

My Prescriptions: Locate a pharmacy near you, order prescriptions for home delivery, and check your prescription plan's formulary, the listing of your covered drugs.

Find My Provider: Search for physicians, dentists, specialists, and other health care providers in your network.
