All members are automatically enrolled in our Healthy Living Rewards discount program free of charge. Simply by presenting your Health Plan member ID card at the time of purchase, you are eligible for discounts at many participating facilities. Our program has expanded to include more than 200 fitness centers in Pennsylvania and more than 1,400 nationally.

Nominate a Wellness Facility

As part of our ongoing goal to assist members in improving their health, we encourage you to nominate qualified facilities for inclusion in our list of participants. You can do this by calling our Member Services Department at 1-877-381-3764, or you can have the facility call the same number on their own behalf.
