UPMC Health Plan's new Member Message Center offers members a secure,
safe, and easy way to ask questions about their benefits and care, or our
services and programs.

Coordiniation of Benefits Callout

Members can log in to MyHealth OnLine and click on their Inbox to send us a question. An automatic response notifies members that their message is being processed. Within one business day, a Health Plan representative personally responds to the member's inquiry through the Message Center. This secure communication ensures members' personal health information will remain private and secure.
