UPMC AnywhereCare – On-demand Virtual Visits

UPMC AnywhereCare is a newly enhanced virtual visit platform that allows members to receive expert care from the comfort of their home using a computer, tablet, or smartphone. See a UPMC provider* within minutes or less to discuss nonemergency symptoms such as:

  • Coughs.
  • Allergies.
  • Colds.
  • Poison ivy.

If you need a prescription, it can be sent to your selected pharmacy. This convenient service is available to members 24/7 from anywhere in the United States.

*Patients located in Pennsylvania at the time of the service will have a virtual visit with a UPMC-employed provider. If a patient is located outside Pennsylvania, the service will be delivered by a separate provider group — Online Care Group (OCG).

 

MyHealth OnLine – Personalized Members-only Website

Our secure, interactive website lets employees track their health goals and gives them the resources for meeting them. Once employees take the MyHealth Questionnaire health risk assessment (HRA), they receive personalized activities for improving their health with help from features such as:

  • Decision making tools.
  • Health activity trackers.
  • Web-based lifestyle improvement programs.
  • Personalized provider search.
  • Chat with Member Services and wellness coaches.
 

Transparency Tools – Medical Cost Estimator and Treatment Adviser

At MyHealth OnLine, your employees have access to our medical cost estimator and treatment adviser, where they can find out:

  • Treatment options for a medical condition.
  • Ratings of others' experiences with various treatments.
  • Out-of-pocket estimates.*

*Estimates are based on their specific plan and what they've already paid toward their deductible.

With this tool, your employees can take their health decision making into their own hands.

 

UPMC MyHealth 24/7 Nurse Line &ndash- Nonemergency Care Over the Phone

Your employees can speak to a registered nurse anytime, day or night, when they have a health question or medical concern. The UPMC MyHealth 24/7 Nurse Line is only a phone call away.

They can call 1-866-918-1591 anytime or log on to MyHealth OnLine. They will need to have their member ID card handy.

UPMC nurses who answer calls are licensed to assist members located in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. Members must be located in one of those states when calling the UPMC MyHealth 24/7 Nurse Line.
