Here are two easy ways! UPMC Health Plan app • Download the free app. Search UPMC Health Plan in your device’s app store. • Open the app, click Let’s get started, and follow the prompts to set your preferences. • Enter your email and keep all the boxes checked to receive your plan documents digitally. • To view your documents anytime, click Coverage and Benefits under Your Insurance & Benefits in the menu. Already have the app? From the home screen, click Account and then Preferences to check and update your preferences. My Health OnLine • Visit upmchealthplan.com/members. • Log in or click Register for My Health OnLine and follow the prompts to set up your account. • Go to the Menu in the upper left corner, then click Preferences at the bottom of the sidebar. • Under Email Communications, enter your email address. • Click the box to change your EOB and/or plan document preferences. When you see a purple checkmark, you’ve chosen to receive your materials online. • Click Save before you close the page. • To view your plan documents anytime, on the homepage click View your plan documents. • To view your EOB, on the homepage click View claims and EOBs. By choosing to receive your plan materials electronically, you can: • Have safe and easy access to your documents 24/7. • Access your 2022 documents faster than waiting for a hard copy. • Receive fewer mailings. • Keep your health care costs low. • Save paper and trees. Once you opt in, you will be emailed a link to see your plan documents online. And anytime your plan documents are updated, we will email you to let you know. This will replace getting a document in the mail.
