Here are two easy ways! UPMC Health Plan app • Download the free app. Search UPMC Health Plan in your device’s app store. • Open the app, click Let’s get started, and follow the prompts to set your preferences. • Enter your email and keep all the boxes checked to receive your plan documents digitally. • To view your documents anytime, click Coverage and Benefits under Your Insurance & Benefits in the menu. Already have the app? From the home screen, click Account and then Preferences to check and update your preferences. My Health OnLine • Visit upmchealthplan.com/members. • Log in or click Register for My Health OnLine and follow the prompts to set up your account. • Go to the Menu in the upper left corner, then click Preferences at the bottom of the sidebar. • Under Email Communications, enter your email address. • Click the box to change your EOB and/or plan document preferences. When you see a purple checkmark, you’ve chosen to receive your materials online. • Click Save before you close the page. • To view your plan documents anytime, on the homepage click View your plan documents. • To view your EOB, on the homepage click View claims and EOBs. Once there, you can sort through, view, and download your EOBs. Save time, space, and the environment Now you can get your UPMC for Life plan materials online! By choosing to receive your plan materials electronically, you can: • Have safe and easy access to your documents 24/7. • Access your 2022 documents faster than waiting for a hard copy. • Receive fewer mailings. • Keep your health care costs low. • Save paper and trees. Once you opt in, you will be emailed a link to see your plan documents online. And anytime your plan documents are updated, we will email you to let you know. This will replace getting a document in the mail.
