Instead of sending printed documents—like your Explanation of Benefits, Annual Notice of Changes, and member guide—we will email you a link to view your documents electronically. Changing your preferences will replace getting your documents in the mail. Receiving your plan materials electronically lets you: • Have safe and easy access to your documents 24/7. • Keep your health care costs low. • Access your 2022 documents faster than waiting for a hard copy. • Receive fewer mailings. • Save paper and trees.
