You deserve to feel your safest at home As a UPMC for Life Complete Care (HMO SNP) member, you can order up to six home safety products each year at no additional cost. These products can help you continue to live independently and feel safe in your home. Look through this catalog to see the products available to you. When you’re ready to order, call your care manager at 1-866-778-6073 (TTY: 711) Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Important things to remember • Products will be shipped directly to your home. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. • Because of the personal nature of these products, returns cannot be accepted once the package is opened. Unopened packages may be returned within seven days of receipt. • If you receive a damaged product, please call MedCare at 1-800-503-5554 seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. • Covered products are for members only. Members cannot purchase products for family members and friends. • Certain brands may not be available at the time of your order. Products may be replaced with a comparable product without notice and may look different from the pictures shown in this catalog. • UPMC for Life does not install home and bathroom safety products or reimburse for costs associated with the installation of these products.
