6 Find a doctor Primary care provider It’s always a good idea to select a primary care provider (PCP). Your PCP can be a family or general practitioner, an internist, or an ob-gyn. When you enrolled in your plan, you were required to select a PCP. If you don’t choose a PCP, UPMC for Life Complete Care may assign one for you. You can change your PCP at any time. To select a PCP, log in to My Health OnLine and click Find Care. You can also call your Health Care Concierge team for assistance in selecting your PCP. Specialist or other kind of provider We’ve made it easy to find the right doctor based on your needs. To find a provider, visit upmchealthplan.com/find and follow these steps: 1. Enter your member ID number found on your Member ID card and click Find my plan. PCP SPECIALIST 2. Choose the kind of care you are looking for from the dropdown menu.
