Home-delivered meals UPMC for Life Complete Care members can get home-delivered meals after an inpatient or observational hospital stay, or a skilled nursing facility stay. 8 You can receive a single delivery of 14 meals to your home at no cost. Meal options are healthy and can be custom-made to your dietary needs. A care manager may visit you while you are in the hospital or a skilled nursing facility. Or, after you are discharged, you will receive a call from one of our care managers to schedule your meal delivery. We’ll work with you to coordinate your first week of meals when you return home so you can focus on your recovery.
