The UPMC My Health Less Stress program is a six-week course led by one of our health coaches. It can help reduce the negative impact of stress on your mental, emotional, and physical health. Structured readings and activities can help you strengthen your resolve, focus your efforts, and gain needed skills. The program can be completed over the phone with your health coach. • Depression management. With this phone- based program, your health coach will teach you skills to help you manage your depression. You will learn how to identify negative thought patterns that contribute to low mood, set goals to incorporate pleasurable activities into daily life, and explore the link between healthy lifestyle behaviors and mood. Lifestyle programs mobile app You can access health coaching programs right from your phone! Our new mobile app allows you to take a journey to better health on your schedule. With this game-like app, you can learn healthy habits by interacting with digital health coach characters, track your progress with daily check-ins, and unlock guided wellness activities.
