When you complete the questionnaire, you will receive immediate results that include an overall wellness score, a summary of your health risk factors, and links to health topics and tools. MyUPMC.com MyUPMC is available at no cost and makes it easy to track your health care. You can use this website to review information about the care you’ve received from UPMC providers. Once you log in or register for an account, you can: • Communicate with your UPMC doctors. • Schedule and manage your medical appointments. • Review your medical record, doctor’s notes, and test results. • Renew your prescriptions. • Pay your UPMC provider bills. Start by going to MyUPMC.com and creating an account. Find the log in button at the top right- hand side of the screen or create an account if you haven’t already. The email address you provide will be used to notify you of secure communications related to your health.
