Additional search tips • Click on a doctor’s card for details about their practice. You can see their address and phone number(s), their distance from you, and a map showing where they practice. You can also find the provider’s ID number, gender, hospital privilege(s), and board certification(s). • Click on a location’s card to view more information about it. If you are viewing a doctor practice, you will see a list of doctors who are available at that location. You can also view the location’s address, hours of operation, phone number(s), accreditations, facility ID number, National Committee for Quality Assurance certifications, and networks accepted by the facility.
