During uncertain times, mindfulness can allow you to move through unpredictability with more grace, calm, and kindness toward others. Join us as we dive
into breath work, body scans, progressive muscle relaxation techniques, visualizations, and more. Each 30-minute session will explore a new mindfulness
exercise, technique, or practice.
