Are you a first-time MyHealth OnLine user?

Signing up is fast, easy, and secure. You will need your member ID card and the last four digits of your Social Security number handy. This information will be used to verify your identity.

  1. Click here to get started.
  2. Click on Register for MyHealth OnLine, and then click Register for MyHealth OnLine Now.
  3. Read the Member Registration for MyHealth OnLine disclaimer. You must first check off that you agree to the disclaimer, then click Register.
  4. Complete your HealthPlan Online Registration, then click Submit.
  5. Enter your Member ID as listed on your member ID card, then click Submit.
  6. Setup your security questions, then click Submit.
  7. Choose a security image and a message to associate with the image, then click Submit.
  8. Choose a username and password, then click Submit.

Already a MyHealth OnLine user?

Here’s a refresher on how to log in to your secure account:

  1. Go to upmchealthplan.com/members.
  2. Enter your username, then click Log In.
  3. Verify your security image and welcome phrase, then enter your password and click Submit.

Forgot your username or password?

  1. Click on Forgot username or password?
  2. Follow the steps as prompted to recover your username. You will need your member ID card handy to verify your account.
  3. Enter your username, then click Submit.
  4. Enter your password, or if you have forgotten your password, click I forgot my password.
  5. Follow the steps to reset your password, then click Submit.
