UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care centers opening

Jun. 2025Important Notices

UPMC has formed a joint venture with GoHealth Urgent Care. MedExpress locations in PA and WV and UPMC Urgent Care and Express Care centers are transitioning to UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care centers.

As a result of this change, 58 urgent care centers in Pennsylvania and 23 urgent care centers in West Virginia will be in network for all UPMC Health Plan products and networks. View a full list of former MedExpress and UPMC Urgent Care and Express Care centers that are transitioning to UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care centers.

Effective June 1, 2025, UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care centers will be in-network providers for UPMC Health Plan members. UPMC Health Plan members will receive care from UPMC providers for after-hours care when their primary care office might not be open.

To find locations, UPMC Health Plan members can visit the provider search on the UPMC Health Plan member site. As a reminder, they will also continue to have access to 24/7 care options through UPMC AnywhereCare and the UPMC MyHealth 24/7 Nurse Line.

If you have any questions or concerns about this matter, please contact your physician account executive or call Provider Services at 1-866-918-1595.

If you no longer wish to receive emails from UPMC Health Plan, please contact your physician account executive or network manager. As always, contact your physician account executive with questions or concerns. Copays may vary by each UPMC Health Plan line of business; check details of specific insurance by each member.
