These awards are based on how well we deliver medical coverage, prescription drug services, customer service, and satisfaction to our members. Here are some of the things you can do with the UPMC Health Plan app: • See your plan documents. • Get a digital copy of your member ID card(s). • Search for in-network providers. • Chat live with a Health Care Concierge or health coach. • Sign up to receive your plan documents electronically. Here are some of the things you can do through My Health OnLine: • Set up a personal representative to make health coverage decisions on your behalf. • Send secure messages to your Health Care Concierge team. • Access wellness resources and explore treatment options. You can also find the most up-to-date information about your 2022 plan online. By choosing to see your plan documents online, you’ll get less mail to your house and can access the information you need quicker. See documents like your Evidence of Coverage, provider directory, prescription drug formulary, and more all in one place. MyHealth Online UPMC Health Plan app • Download our FREE app from your device’s app store and log in. • Opt in to receive electronic plan documents by updating your selections in Preferences on the Account screen. • To see your documents anytime, tap Plan Details on the Insurance screen. My Health OnLine • Visit upmchealthplan.com/members and log in. • Go to Menu in the top left corner, then click Preferences at the bottom of the gray sidebar. • Enter your email address, then check the boxes below and click Save. • Click View Your Plan Documents, then view your documents under What Is Covered. One login to get everything you need online With your UPMC Health Plan Login, you can use one username and password to access the UPMC Health Plan app, My Health OnLine, and the RxWell® app. Use our digital tools to access your health insurance information on the go and make the most of your health plan—all through your smartphone, tablet, or computer! Changing your preferences will replace getting your documents in the mail. If you want to continue receiving your printed plan materials in the mail, you don’t need to do anything. We’ll always mail a hard copy to you unless you update your preferences. Protecting your privacy UPMC for Life and UPMC Community HealthChoices want to remind you that your personal information is private and confidential. Your personal information includes, but is not limited to, your medical information, race, ethnicity, language preferences, sexual orientation, gender identity, and social needs as well as information that UPMC for Life and UPMC Community HealthChoices create, receive, and save about you. UPMC for Life and UPMC Community HealthChoices have controls around physical and electronic access to your information to protect your privacy. These controls include policies, rules, and technical measures. From time to time, UPMC for Life and UPMC Community HealthChoices may share your personal information to help provide the best care for you and for routine administrative purposes, such as: • Arranging for health care treatment and services for you and your eligible family members. • Making payments to doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers for the treatment and services you and your covered family members have received. • Performing certain health care operations that UPMC Health Plan uses to monitor the quality of our health care coverage and services.
